Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your peace of mind.

How long will it take for you to clean my home?

There are many factors that go into the time necessary to complete a cleaning that meets our high standards.  The initial cleaning will take the longest with additional regular cleanings requiring less time depending on frequency.  The services you select, the size of your home, the number of rooms, all factor into the length of time required.  Call 832-390-4222 to schedule a quote to get an estimate based on your needs.

Do I have to be home during the Clean Elegance cleaning?

No, we can make arrangements based on your needs.  We want you to feel secure with our company, services performed with you present or while you are out of the home.  Insured for your protection, Clean Elegance LLC takes security seriously.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay for your maid service with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Check or Cash.  We prefer to set automatic debit for regularly scheduled cleanings such as weekly or bi-weekly cleaning.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?

Clean Elegance operates at the highest standards in the industry, we strive to bring a truly superior service.  However, it would be unrealistic to believe we will always make everyone happy.  If you are not 100% satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of your service time and we will happily return to address the area in question at no additional charge.  Unfortunately we do not give refunds but we will do everything possible to provide the quality of service you expect.

What about pets?

We’re pet owners ourselves and love our furry companions.  We ask for your pets safety and ours that you cage them during our service time.

Do you move furniture to clean?

No. Although we try to clean as best we can under and around your furniture, due to safety for your belongings and ourselves, we do not move any furniture.
